This website is owned and operated by Glam and Glo Universal. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors beauty services including but not limited to makeup, hair styling, face and body painting, SFX makeup, etc. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When booking a service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a service when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
“The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. General Business Information
Glam and Glo Universal is a professional, all-mobile beauty company offering a range of on-location services, including but not limited to:

Bridal hair and makeup

Editorial and photoshoot styling
-
Airbrush makeup
-
Face painting and special effects (SFX) makeup
-
Facials and skincare services
-
Other beauty-related services as agreed upon
All services are performed at the client's location of choice, subject to availability and travel policies. Glam and Glo Universal is committed to providing high-quality, hygienic, and personalized beauty services tailored to each client’s needs.
2. Booking and Payment
Clients are encouraged to book at least one (1) week in advance to ensure availability. However, due to the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of Las Vegas, same-day bookings may be accepted based on stylist availability.
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. No appointment is confirmed until the deposit has been received. Once received, a confirmation will be sent outlining the service details, total cost, and the remaining balance.

Deposits are deducted from the final balance.

Same-day appointments require payment in full at the time of booking.

Full payment is due no later than 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to complete payment will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.
In the case of a full event postponement due to force majeure (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), the deposit will be retained to cover administrative costs. Glam and Glo Universal will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the rescheduled date and/or time, subject to availability.

Please note: A $50 convenience fee will be applied to all appointments scheduled before 6:00 AM.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Client-Initiated Cancellations and Changes
Glam and Glo Universal understands that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate adjustments. The following policies apply:

A minimum of 48 hours’ written notice is required for any cancellations or reductions in service. This notice must be provided before the final payment is made.

If a client cancels or reduces services with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full original deposit for the cancelled services is still required and non-refundable.
-
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full, with no exceptions.
-
All deposits and payments already made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
-
All payments are the responsibility of the individual who booked the appointment, regardless of who is receiving the service.
-
Any changes to the original booking must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
If payment is not received in accordance with these terms, Glam and Glo Universal reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover losses.
Glam and Glo-Initiated Cancellations or Changes
In the unlikely event that a Glam and Glo Universal artist is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:

Every effort will be made to provide a qualified replacement artist.

For large parties, if an assisting artist becomes unavailable, the client may be asked to adjust the start time to accommodate all services. Alternatively, a partial or full refund for the unavailable services will be offered.

If extreme weather conditions pose a safety risk, Glam and Glo Universal will discuss alternate arrangements. As a gesture of goodwill, refunds (excluding deposit fees) may be offered in such cases.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Services
Glam and Glo Universal maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior. Services will be immediately terminated without refund if:

A client or any individual at the appointment engages in abusive, violent, or offensive behavior;
-
A Glam and Glo Universal artist feels unsafe or uncomfortable;
-
The client is uncooperative, causing unreasonable delays or disruptions.
4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Artist Arrival Window
Glam and Glo Universal artists are provided with a 30-minute arrival window, which will be pre-arranged and confirmed in writing prior to your appointment. This window allows for minor delays (e.g., traffic) and does not cut into your scheduled service time.
Client Late Arrival or No-Show
Once the artist has arrived at the agreed location, they will make all reasonable efforts to contact the client. However, artists are only required to wait a maximum of 45 minutes from their arrival time. If contact is not established and the client is not present, prepared, or cooperative within that period, the appointment will be marked as a no-show.

No refunds or compensation will be provided for any missed, shortened, or forfeited services due to client lateness, disorganization, or lack of readiness.

Glam and Glo Universal will not issue refunds for delays caused by third parties such as wedding planners, photographers, venues, guests, or members of the client’s party.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party are present, prepared, and cooperative to allow services to proceed efficiently and on time.
Glam and Glo Delays or Cancellations
In the rare event that a Glam and Glo Universal artist is delayed due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to complete the services in full or in part. If the artist is unable to attend at all, a refund will be provided for services not rendered.
No-Shows
If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, the full balance is still due and non-refundable. Future bookings may also be denied to no-show clients at Glam and Glo Universal’s discretion.
5. Travel and On-location Services
Local Travel (Within Las Vegas Area)
Glam and Glo Universal does not charge mileage fees for appointments located within 30 miles of the Las Vegas Strip.
Extended Travel (Beyond 30 Miles)
For appointments located more than 30 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, a travel fee of $0.55 per mile (round trip) will be applied. Travel charges begin at a minimum fee of $10, which equates to approximately 18 miles.
A minimum service total of $220 is required for all bookings outside the 30-mile radius. This amount does not include the travel fee and must be met through services booked.
Out-of-State and Air Travel
For services requiring air travel, the client is responsible for covering the following expenses for each artist booked:

Round-trip airfare

Baggage fees
-
Hotel accommodations (3-star minimum) near the event location
-
Any other reasonable travel-related expenses (e.g., ground transportation)
If a flight is cancelled or delayed in a way that prevents the artist from attending your event, you will be refunded the final balance (excluding the deposit). Glam and Glo Universal will not be held liable for any further damages, disruptions, or losses caused by travel issues beyond our control.
Parking, Tolls, and Valet
Clients are responsible for covering all parking fees, tolls, and valet charges incurred by the artist(s) at the event location. This applies to each artist attending, and full payment must be provided. Failure to pay may result in legal action to recover costs.
Changes to Service Location
If the service location is changed after a quote has been issued, Glam and Glo Universal reserves the right to adjust travel charges accordingly. Clients will be notified of any changes in cost prior to service.
6. Health, Safety, and Hygiene
Client safety and artist protection are top priorities at Glam and Glo Universal. All clients must comply with the following policies to ensure a safe, sanitary, and respectful environment.
Allergies and Sensitivities

Clients must disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to the appointment.

Failure to do so may result in refusal of service without refund.

Glam and Glo Universal and its artists accept no liability for allergic reactions or injuries resulting from any products used during the appointment.
-
Services cannot be performed on areas with open, oozing wounds or visible infections.
Contagious Conditions
Services will be refused without refund if the client is found to have any contagious condition, including but not limited to:

Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
-
Cold, flu, or fever
-
Cold sores
-
Scabies
-
Head lice
-
Eye mites
-
Other communicable skin or scalp conditions
This policy applies to all members of the booking party.
Sanitation and Hygiene Standards
Glam and Glo Universal artists follow and exceed state-mandated hygiene protocols, including:

Sanitizing brushes and tools between each client
-
Using disposable applicators when applicable
-
Regularly disinfecting and organizing their kits to professional standards
Use of Client Products
Due to hygiene and liability concerns, Glam and Glo Universal does not allow use of client-provided products, except in rare, pre-approved cases. Clients are highly encouraged to supply their own lip products for personal use and touch-ups.
Damage to Artist Property
All artist tools, kits, and products are maintained in excellent hygienic and working condition. For health and safety reasons:

Clients, children, or any other individuals are not permitted to touch, handle, or interfere with the artist's equipment or products unless explicitly instructed by the artist.

Any damage or breakage caused by the client, their guests, or children must be paid for in full.
-
Clients will be invoiced for the full replacement cost of any damaged item(s).
-
Failure to pay will result in Glam and Glo Universal pursuing legal action to recover damages.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure high-quality, efficient, and sanitary service, all clients are required to adhere to the following responsibilities:
Hair and Makeup Preparation

Clients must arrive with clean, dry hair, preferably washed the night before the appointment.
-
If the client’s hair is wet upon the artist’s arrival, a $70 blow-dry fee will be automatically added to the final invoice.
-
Clients should have a clean, makeup-free face. Application of skincare products (e.g., moisturizers or serums) in advance is acceptable and encouraged.
Workspace Requirements
Clients must provide a clean, safe, and functional working area that includes:

A washable surface or table with sufficient space for the artist’s tools and products
-
A chair
-
Access to a hand-washing station
-
A power outlet
-
Adequate lighting (natural or artificial)
If these conditions are not met and the artist is unable to perform services as a result, Glam and Glo Universal reserves the right to cancel services without refund.
Minimizing Distractions
To maintain a professional environment and ensure quality service:

Children, pets, and other distractions should be kept to a minimum during the appointment.

While we understand that life happens, in cases of excessive or disruptive interruptions, the artist reserves the right to terminate the appointment without refund.
-
Smoking is strictly prohibited around the artist’s kit or workspace.
8. Photography and Promotion
Glam and Glo Universal reserves the right to take before and after photographs of the client for documentation and quality assurance purposes.

These images may be used for marketing, portfolio, and social media content, including but not limited to websites, Instagram, and other digital or print materials.
-
Clients who do not wish to have their images used publicly may opt out by providing a written request at the time of booking.
-
Even if the client opts out of marketing use, Glam and Glo Universal reserves the right to retain and use after photos privately in the event of a service dispute or issue.
By booking with Glam and Glo Universal, clients agree to the potential use of their images unless otherwise requested in writing.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
Glam and Glo Universal and its artists are individually insured and uphold the highest professional standards. However, by booking a service, the client agrees to the following:

All services are performed at the client’s own risk.

Glam and Glo Universal is not liable for any:

Allergic reactions
-
Skin or hair sensitivities
-
Injury or illness occurring during or after the appointment
-
Lost time or event disruptions related to beauty services
-
-
It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any health concerns or conditions prior to the appointment.
-
Glam and Glo Universal is also not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings during service. Clients are advised to wear appropriate, protective clothing.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Glam and Glo Universal is a registered business in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In the event of a dispute, both the client and Glam and Glo Universal agree to attempt resolution through direct communication first. If no resolution can be reached:

Disputes will be handled in accordance with Nevada state law.

The preferred method of resolution is small claims court within Clark County, Nevada, unless both parties agree to mediation or arbitration in writing.

Glam and Glo Universal reserves the right to seek legal action for unpaid balances, damage to property, or breaches of the Terms and Conditions.
