Refund Policy

At Glam and Glo Universal, we are committed to delivering exceptional on-location beauty services. Due to the nature of our business and the commitment of time and resources to each booking, the following refund policy applies:

1. Deposits and Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Same-day bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

  • Final payment is due at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to complete payment will result in automatic cancellation without refund.

  • All payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise outlined below.

2. Cancellations

Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations or service reductions made with 48 hours or more notice (prior to final payment) will not be charged beyond the initial deposit.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable in full (deposit and final payment).

  • All payments are the responsibility of the person who booked the service, regardless of who receives the service.

No-Shows

  • Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice is considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued, and the full balance is still due.

  • Future appointments may be denied to clients who no-show.

3. Glam and Glo-Initiated Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:

    • We will make every effort to provide a qualified replacement.

    • If no replacement is available, clients will receive a partial or full refund (excluding non-refundable deposit).

    • In cases of severe weather or events that make travel unsafe, rescheduling will be offered, or a goodwill refund may be considered.

4. Force Majeure

  • In the case of event postponement due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), deposits will be retained to cover administrative costs.

  • We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduled services, subject to availability.

5. Service Refusals and Termination

  • Services may be refused or terminated without refund if:

    • The client or any party member behaves inappropriately, violently, or abusively.

    • Conditions are unsanitary or unsafe.

    • The client fails to provide required workspace accommodations or readiness.

    • The client is unreasonably late, disorganized, or disruptive, resulting in an inability to perform the service.

6. Travel Interruptions

  • If travel delays or cancellations prevent Glam and Glo Universal from attending an event, a refund of the final balance (excluding the deposit) will be issued.

  • No additional compensation will be provided for travel-related disruptions beyond our control.
